How do you price projects?

Every project is scoped on a discovery call. Base MVPs start at $15,000. AI-native products or more complex builds are typically $20,000-$30,000. You'll get a fixed quote before we start—no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Why should I hire you instead of a dev shop or freelancer?

Accepted Answer

Dev shops charge $50-150k and take 3-6 months. Freelancers are cheap but unreliable. I'm a senior engineer (11 years, top 1% on GitHub) who specializes in fast, high-quality MVP delivery. You get agency-level talent at a fraction of the cost and timeline.

I'm not technical. Will I understand what's happening?

What if I already started building in Bubble/Webflow/no-code?

No problem. I can rebuild it properly or integrate with what you have. We'll figure out the best path on our call.

What are the payment terms?

For one-time builds: 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery.

No. The fixed price is the final price. Hosting and domain costs are separate, but you control those directly with your own accounts (Vercel, your domain registrar, etc.).

What if I need changes mid-build?

Small tweaks and refinements are expected and included. Major scope changes (new features, pivots) may extend the timeline or require a change order—but I'll always discuss this with you first.

How do we communicate during the build?

Daily async updates via Slack so you always know what's happening (this includes preview builds of the app so you always see progress). Calls are optional if you prefer face-to-face check-ins.

What do I need to provide before we start?

Your idea and requirements (we'll refine these together in Discovery). Branding assets (logo, colors) if you have them. Access to any existing accounts you want to use (Stripe, domain registrar, etc.).

Who owns the code?

Accepted Answer

You do. 100%. Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of all code, assets, and IP. No licensing fees, no royalties, no strings attached. It's yours to do whatever you want with.

What do I get at the end?

Everything: the complete codebase (GitHub repo), a deployed production app, documentation, environment setup, error monitoring (Sentry), and a handoff walkthrough so you understand how it all works. You also get all of the specs and blueprints I used to build your product so you can maintain it yourself with an AI coding agent like Claude Code, Cursor, etc.

What if I need to make changes after the build?
